We want you to love your NadzFit activewear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help with a return or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned without tags will not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates and undergarments (sports bras, briefs, etc.)
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@nadzfit.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization from us.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@nadzfit.com within the 14-day return window. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nadzfit.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
