Thank you for shopping with NadzFit! We are based in Castries, Saint Lucia, and we are proud to ship our activewear across the Caribbean and internationally. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a follow-up notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Local Delivery (Saint Lucia)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Caribbean Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Available to all Caribbean islands including Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, St. Vincent, and more

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Available to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select other countries
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 USD
  • Flat-rate local delivery within Saint Lucia
  • Caribbean and international rates vary by destination

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@nadzfit.com and we will look into it for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. For packages that have not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. NadzFit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@nadzfit.com and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
